My sister Monica had her little bundle of joy yesterday May 31st at 11:50 p.m.
They haven't settled on a name but both mommy and baby are doing well!

Go Padres!
When we signed up for the 4 mile walk/run we got a Padres game ticket. We took the coaster/trolley to the stadium today and enjoyed a wonderful all American day at the ball park!
Dinner on the beach
Nevaeh LOVES the beach, she doesn't care how cold or how hot it is. If it was u p to her we would be at the beach on a daily basis. I on the other hand don't care for the beach too much unless my hotel is located on it! She doesn't mind the sticky sand all over her body or the super dry feeling you get once the sand is brushed off or the fact that sand gets all over EVERYTHING!
Our darling Nevaeh, thought it would be a good idea to have dinner on the beach, I had no good reason for saying no other than... but there is sand there. So I decided to give in. We ended up having a really good time and I didn't mind the sand... who am I kidding, I did but it was worth it to see that big ol' smile on her face. The baby enjoyed the sun too.
4 mile Run/Walk on the Coronado bridge
Today marked Daddy and Nevaeh's first official race! We all did a 4 mile run/walk benefiting the Navy early this morning and surprisingly had a great time doing it. It was an extremely early start for us considering Nevaeh and I were in L.A. the night before and didn't get home until 11:30, then we were out of the house by 6:30 a.m. and headed out to Coronado for our run/walk.
Neaveh was pretty tired so she sat in her jogger for the first 2 miles then jogged/walked with daddy for 1/2 mile then back in the stroller until the last 1/2 mile. She was so pooped... she/we ended up taking a 3 1/2 hour nap... heaven!
I was just as tired as Nevaeh the only problem was I did not have a stroller to jump into! I was hyped up for the race but failed to take into account the hill I would come across to get onto the actual bridge! And I didn't take into account the extra weight I am carrying!! Boy did the baby remind me I was pregnant around mile 2, he/she was up, happily kicking my bladder, over and over again!
We had such a good time, we can't wait for the next one!

These are a couple of pictures of my sister Monica, 34 weeks and myself, 30 weeks. Crazy that these set of kids will be 4 weeks apart and our other set are 4 months apart... We really didn't "plan" it this way, it just happened.
Mother's Day
This was officially my last Mother's Day as a mother of one!! I can't believe it! I had a wonderful mother's day with my family!
29 weeks
Here I am at 29 weeks! Still feeling great... aside from retaining tons of water. During our last doctor's visit we found out that this little munchkin' is measuring TWO weeks bigger! Nevaeh was always about 5 days bigger but TWO weeks, are you kidding me?!?! Is the next kid going to be measuring a month bigger?! I am going to guess and say this baby will be weighing in at an even 9 lbs. Neaveh was 9 lbs 13 oz and was a week late, this one will NOT be late due to our scheduled C!!
Nevaeh absolutely loves that my belly has gotten so big. She kisses it all the time and makes sure she says "good morning" and "good night" to the baby on a daily basis. She is signed up for her "big sister" class, she has no idea but she is going to LOVE IT. She has been practicing carrying and feeding her doll preparing herself for her baby's arrival!
We really can't wait to be a family of 4...
